What's wrong? Egg bound?

Our hen has been like this for two days. I have soaked her in warm water twice and massaged her vent. Today I actually stuck my finger in her vent but couldn't feel an egg. She is still eating and pooping. Suggestions??

She does look unwell, is she showing any other signs? This time of year stuff like cocidiosis fires up.
