Whats wrong with BYC?

Everytime i log in the home page is the same. The tread titles are always the same no matter how many times i click the Home Button. When i click on the chicken forum button it always says there are 6 people in chat and when i click on it it is always the same people. Is it just my comp. or are other people having this problem also?
