What's wrong with my Ameraucana hen?

Hi and welcome to BYC!! I have one EE who didn't start laying until she was 11 months old. I did add light in the coop from 5:30pm until 9pm. We're on the west coast. She's laying one a day now, in the afternoon for some reason.

Hold on, try the light, it's hard, I know!!

Thank you all for your helpful info.
However, we lost her last night to a raccoon. I've post the story under "my chicken story" section.
So sad, I still can't believe it!

I have 2 americaunas they were both last may chicks. the buff /:cdwhite speckled one with a white beard ( blue wheaton somebody said) lays a beautiful big green egg everyday. the other girl is the mate to our roo, golden and black. she is really small compared to the others and hasnt layed yet. I have seen her in the nest box but pretty sure she doesnt lay unless her egg could be kind of a pink color. We did get one of those today and it didnt have a shine to it. The egg looked like it was painted with cheap flat paint!!
