What's wrong with my chicken butt?

I'm fairly new to raising chickens and I noticed one of my 9 week olds hind end looks like this. I'm assuming runny poop but I haven't seen any. Is there something I need to do?

Does she have mites or anything?
It's possible that she sat in something like mud and the others started picking at the feathers. I would try a bath and put on some ointment like Neosporin. If they are picking at her, I'd try a chicken apron until the area feathers out.

I haven't noticed any picking. I don't think she has mites. It could be possible she's sat in mud I didn't even think of that!! Duh!! I'll start with a bath! Thank you!

No problem
A good wash might also give you an idea of what's going on too. Just make sure she's dry before she goes back with the flock
