What's wrong with my chicken?

Okay, so weeks ago, my chicken got over her brooding. But still, she seems agitated, is quite puffy, and is clucking much more than she used to. WHATS WRONG WITH MY CHICKEN?

She's probably broody again. Most that are broody will be broody again 4-6 weeks after being broken from the last time.
