What's wrong with my chickens?

Hi. A few of my chickens have "frayed" looking feathers on their butts... what's wrong? Are they diseased? I've had them all for over a year. I live in CO we had a later winter this year but have still had 60 degree to mid 80's for about a month... what should I do?

No rooster. Just my hens.

Are we looking at the sum total of their living quarters in the attached pictures?
What are you feeding them?

It looks like the hens are pecking out the feathers. I would look for any evidence of lice or mites, look at how much protein they are getting in feed, and if they are overcrowded.
