What's wrong with my cockorel? Help

So he is 4 months old he started be letargic and he eats little, he have part paralyses in one wing, and tail, Oslo head look disable and neck, but he walk time to time.. he stared also spend more time alone in the corner.. and this happened two weeks ago with other one and he died I have 15 CHICK'S 4 months old.. so is it new castle or merkel disease, what's difference between this two?
Also I had problem with red mites, I was stupid and put carton where they lay and it was hotel for mites.. I get rid of mites with d. Earth and some spray..can it be because of mites?

I gave it to all my chiks also I buy garlic and put it in food and apple cider vinegar in water, and origano oil .. I give them all that I found online
