What is it??

That looks like the yolk sack, It looks like its still absorbing and she/he should be ok as long as the other chicks leave it alone. it should shrivel up and fall off soon

25 chicks. I set 28 but lost 2 during lockdown and then this one passed away.
Breeds: EE, BCM, Welsummer, OE, Spearmint egger, and Whiting true blue

That's so cool! I want to hatch EEs and Welsummers!
I incubated 5 eggs this year for a small farm that I volunteer at but only 4 made it to hatching and one passed away in the hatching process and then my darling Fluffy passed away at 5 days old, so I ended up with only Chickpea and Pumpkin by Buff Orpington crosses, Chickpea (male) is a ½ Buff and ½ unknown breed and Pumpkin (female) is ⅓ buff and ¼ hybrid but looks like a Buff
