what's wrong with this chick?

I have not had this happen before. With this hatch I had 2 chicks die (silkies) and this one with a weird leg! Silkies must be delicate! Can anyone help me here? The one leg just goes straight out when she tries to move. Can this be worked with. I'd really like to help her. Any input would be very appreciated. I am posting a picture of her. Other then the bad leg she seems healthy!

Looks like possible spraddle leg. You can look it up here, or google it. It usually invovles attaching the twoo legs together with a band aid or such to make it come around. Good Luck
