This year, every once in a while (less than 1 a month) I get a quail egg like the top one in the photo. It looks already scrambled? All three eggs are definitely less than a week old. My quail are on 24% game bird feed with oyster shell and greens supplemented (lettuce, chard, kale, nasturtium, purslane, dandelion, etc). They all have normal appetite, behavior and poop. One of my girls has nearly quit laying, so she may have the beginnings of a reproductive issue. Other than that, I don't suspect any health issues. The rest of my birds are laying every day.
Is this egg ok to eat? I couldn't find anything similar in https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/common-egg-quality-problems.65923/
