Whats your favorite type of poultry?

Just curious what everyones favorite poultry is? Explain why.

I would love to be able to have pheasants but I'm in the city, there is no room here.

I'm the only one that picked geese?? They are so sweet!! Mine make it a point to always say hi to me, even if it's from 200+ yards away, and they are at the pond. It sounds like they are calling me 'ma'

My turkeys are so much more friendly and inquisitive than my chickens. They're still small, though. I may change my vote later.

i summitted chickens but like all fowl, wether they be fried,oven roasted, etc

This month I'm adoring the quail, next month will be adding ducks. The city doesn't cap either they way they do chickens.
