Wheat bran!?

I was reading another post about growing your own mealworms and I am going to do it! Only problem is.....where do I buy wheat bran?

I had never heard of it and have no idea where to buy it! Also, where do you all buy your mealworms to start the process??

you should be able to get bran at a feed store. WE bought it for our horses to "mash" them after foaling.

this petshop near me sells them 100 for a buck... or i can go to rainbowmealworms.com here in compton and get them at wholesale... check ebay... they're cheap there too i think...

I ended up finding wheat bran (25 lbs) at TSC for $8.99...but only paid $6 because the bag was busted. I also got mealworms today at Petsmart...they were alittle pricey ($4.49 for 100) but I bought 400 and hoping that they multiply in the next few months!!

That is a very good price on the wheat bran, the worms won't care that the bag was busted.
