Wheaten maran hen or rooster? 2.5 weeks old

Hi! Wondering if this one is a hen or a roo? Very friendly! I’ve never owned a maran before!

Sorry, wing sexing doesn't work unless it's specifically been bred for. I think some folk can tell quite early based on the wheaten colouring but not sure how accurate that is outside specific lines. Failing that, try posting a photo in a few weeks' time and hopefully people will be able to tell by then based on comb and wattle growth.

(And it's Marans, not Maran, by the way)
