(Wheatgrass) Frozen Juiced Shots For Healthy Living

I went to a health store today and tried 1 oz of fresh juiced wheat grass. I'm surprised I lived to tell about it.

I love the way it smells, but the taste? not so much.

as to where to get seed... search on line for organic sprouting seeds or wheat grass seed for juice... lots of places have it, it's not expensive.

I just heard a lady etoll its greatness on "Parkers Pathways" on" Republic Broadcating Network" an alternative radio station I listen via the web.Dr Parker agreed.
I di plant wheat fore the chickens and did fodder for a while. But the outside area got OVERCOME by the Dang Bermuda grass" RAH.. well I am sue they are finding all kind of stuff roaming.
I doubt if I get any elderberries cause the wild creepo birds consume them green even< RAH
