I went out to see my girls this afternoon and noticed that Mary, my little feather footed bantam is wheezing on inhale and exhale. She is also periodically sneezing. She is eating well, pooping fine, and acting normal otherwise.
I isolated her (with one other bantam because she freaked out at the isolation) and put 1/4 teaspoon of Teramycin in 1/4 gallon of water for them.
I have 12 chickens total, 4 currently laying eggs, the rest pullets. Should I treat all of them and not just little Mary?
She seems completely healthy otherwise, her crop feels fine as well. I did hold her for a while this afternoon and she feel sound asleep in my lap, so I think she may be a bit tired.
Any thoughts on what this could be? I have never had this happen in my 3 chicken years!
Thanks
Darlene
