How is she doing now?

From your description, she may have gotten some food in her airway and is experiencing Stridor. Usually this will resolve on its own over the course of 24hrs. I'm not sure what you can do for her except to keep her in a calm place and have some water and food available for her.

she is doing fine right now but i didnt give her pellets because i thought she had some disease should i just give her crushed up pellets? i haven't heard her sneezing or anything and also she isnt rejecting water rn

Glad she's doing better, if she's not sneezing anymore, can eat/drink on her own with no issues and has no other symptoms, then I'd put her back with her flock.
