One of our beloved pullets started wheezing today. She's been on Diatomatious earth for other issues, but I don't know if that has something to do with it. Why is she wheezing? How can we stop it? And, most importantly, is it fatal?
She'll wheeze when she breathes out, then honks every once in awhile. I felt her gullet earlier and she had nothing in it, so I don't think she's been eating. We got her some antibiotic and put it in the waterer, but she hasn't drank any of it.
Please help!!! I'm worried that she might die.
