When And How Do You Know The Gender?

Is there a way to tell what gender a goose is before they are breeding age? I’ve got 5 African/Chinese.

I'm not good at telling the gender, but I know there are others who can.

I just took some pictures. They were born March 10th I think. I’ve noticed 3 of them have a white area on their breast, and the other 2 don’t.
On one hand I’d like to raise geese for meat, but on the other I just like them so much. I’m feeling like I’ll have a breeding trio, and 2 extra ganders for the table. I can do it. But it’s going to be bittersweet.
