When can i let my duck out in my Garden???

Duing the day! Make sure you put him or her in before it gets dark! And anytime form month old duckling or adult. Make a fence around it so she dosen't run off.

How do i tell if my ducks are a boy or girl??? I have 3 Ducks about 3 months old

I let my ducks into my garden with close supervision. I literally carry a big stick in case a predator comes out of nowhere. Any time the ducks are not protected by a fence, something could come by. Not to make you worry, but to make you watchful and your ducks safer.

I would not let them just noodle around the garden without me there. First are the predators, then the garden itself. Initially my ducks look for slugs and bugs, but sometimes they are clumsy and step on smaller plants. And sometimes they decide to nom on the plants.

I have gardens with plants the are allowed to eat on, too.

Three of the gardens have fence around them. One has three foot fence, two have four foot fence, and their day pen has fence top, bottom and sides, for when I am not around close by.
