When can I reindroduce an injured chicken?

We have a Light Brahma that was bullied last weekend by an Americauna in our small flock...the bully picked out the leg feathers and then moved on to her back, leaving a rather large bald spot on the Brahma's back. We isolated them both and put medication (first aid salve and Rooster Booster which is like BluKote) on the injured bird after pulling out the bleeding pin feathers. She is no longer bleeding but the feathers have obviously not grown back yet--she is still bare on her back and still has broken feathers on her legs that we couldn't get out. When is it safe to reintroduce her to the rest of the flock? Any suggestions for how to go about doing that so that she's safe? I bought a chicken saddle but when I put it on she lies down and kind of rolls over like she has no idea what to do or how to move...
