When can my chicks go outside at this time of year?

Hey all I'm lucky enough to get new chicks this year I have 8 fluff balls in a brooder in my basement. My questions is, when can they move outside permanently? Like, at night and everything! I live in Maine, near the coast. The average temp during the day right now is 40 degrees and idk what it is at night. They will be fully feathered in about 5 weeks so it will be the end of April. Thanks in advance.

Almost, yes. It's not perfect but it's pretty nice.
