when can my goslings go outside

it cant be that far away considering they are only 5 days old and as big as my 5 week old chickens. i have cats, chickens, and ducks outside.

How old are they? if still not feathered then you have to be careful of chilling, but if it's a warm non windy type of day a little walk about wouldn't hurt, but they need to be completely feathered in before out side for good unless you can provide heat.
 
we put them outside in January too (and we arent warm out then). They get baby day yards made from secure fencing to keep them in. They have food, water, grass and shelter. They need to be out and running and working their legs and wings to strengthen them as much as possible. Its all about animal management and providing proper fenced enclosures and wind breakshelters for them for your area. We block west and north winds mostly as those are the strongest.

Great information. I have had mine out with a shelter that had a heat lamp in it to keep them warm. They have been very happy. Now I won't be so concerned.
