When can they leave the brooder

my two ducklings are too young right now but what age can they start going outside without the heated lamp? I live in CA they’re about 4 days old and the other duck is 3 I believe it’s about 5 weeks? Also is it safe for me to keep the brooder outside when they’re about 2 weeks old with the heated lamp which is 75 watts (red light bulb) from PetSmart but I’ll get a 100 watts to keep them warmer if I transfer the small brooder outside

Many folks brood outdoors, as long as it's all well protected from rain and wind.
