When can we start to give the chicks treats and scraps

My chicks are almost 7 wks old. I will be buying growers feed and adding that to the medicated feed till its gone. But I was wondering if I can give them any of the treats from the treat list yet? Or should I hold off until they are older?

I feed mine broccoli at 1 weeks.
At 2 weeks I feed them corrot leaves
