When did your Ideal 236 start to lay?

Just curious. At 16 weeks mine already have very large red combs and wattles.

NO, I am sure they are not roosters, thanks though.
Some of my other pullets the same age are also starting to get larger redder combs and waddles, theirs are just developing faster. So I was just curious from someone who has experience from having purchased Ideal 236 birds as to when they might start laying.

I have three and they got a little later start but have been great ever since.
