When do button quail start laying?

they should start laying from 6 to 8 weeks after hatched!

In my experience buttons start laying after 8 weeks old, between 8 and 12. I've never had one that started at 6 weeks old.

Oh ok sorry my bad I thought they would be the same as coturnix. Since they have almost the same hatch and grow rate of the coturnix.
