My broody hen has been flying over the fence leaving her babies behind, she never goes more than a foot away and always returns but I'm worried she's losing interest. She has not been accepted into her previous flock, whenever she approaches then peck at her and chase her. What should I do

As long as she keeps going back to them I wouldn't worry to much. Mother hens by nature will try to lead their babies to areas that they THINK has more or better food. It is how they teach them to forage on their own. If she is is making little "cluck" noises while on the wrong side of the fence she is actually trying to entice her babies to follow her not really knowing that they can't.
