When do I introduce new food to my chicks?

Hello, I am new at raising chickens. I have a dozen two week old Columbian Rocks! Love them! When can I introduce new foods such as yogurt, veggies etc?

At two weeks, they are old enough now to be given treats, just in moderation. Mine are 4 weeks now and I've been giving them crickets, mealworms and other insects since they were around 1-2 weeks old. You might want to provide them some chick grit if you do feed them something other than chick starter. I switched to a sand floor in my brooder at about 3 weeks, so I stopped giving them additional grit. As far as treats, I've tried feeding mine various pieces of fruit, bread, and various greens, but all they are interested in are insects. They love their crickets and mealworms.
