When do I move ducks from incubator

Help! When do I move the ducks from the incubator? When do i introduce the food and water? Do you let the feed and water out all the time or in a different area?

Hello...I'm sure you got them out already and into the Brooder?..Feed and water available at all times. I make a bowl of soupy feed and provide dry too.
I use these water dishes also. Just change sizes as they grow..
