When do I start counting?

Is the day I put the eggs into the bator day 1 or 0? in other words...
Is day 1 the day the eggs go into the bator or the first full day the eggs are in the bator?

If the eggs go into the bator before noon, I count the day they go in as Day One. If noon or after, I count the next day as Day One. It's always worked out right for me that way.

OK, so that would make the 20th day one for me, though the guy I got them from said that they might be a day late because they got a short period of cold soon after they started incubating. (He actually started incubating them early in the day, then I picked them up and took them home in the afternoon.)
