When do i take the chicks out?

4 out of 12 eggs hatched this morning. and still nothing from the rest of the eggs. When should i take the chicks out of the bator?

If you have no more pips right now then you can take them out of the bator and put them in the brooder, just do it quickly so you don't lose humidity. Be sure to post pics!!
