When do I take them out?

Hello I have 1 chick hatched/half dry and a couple more piped. Today is day 20. How long should I leave the ones that hatch today in the bator?
 
I leave my babies in the incubator until they are dry and fluffy and then move them to the brooder. I usually remove chicks once a day.
