When do they become full sized?

I have two Buff Orpington chicks that are 5 weeks old and I was wondering when they will be full grown so I can put them in with my other hens. I have heard 4 months is a good time to put them in, does that sound good?

i'm not sure an exact age. I usually just wait til they are close to the same size as the other hens. so 3-4 months sounds about right if i remember correctly.

Mine were pretty close to full size at 4 months.
