These black ducks are from Ideal, one has white spots on it's chest, and one has brown on it's chest. What breed would you say they are?

oh and when do they get the drake feather? The bigger black ones are a little over six weeks old.

Thats a male, It sounds like his raspy sound is starting to come in. Though I heard some females in the background.
