When do they start laying?

At what point should my hens start laying? We have had them for more than 4 months now. We have 8 hens and 2 rooster.

Depending on breed 15-26 weeks... Some breeds lay early and some late. Typically, your normal hen will lay around the end of 5 months old to the 6 and a half months old
