When do you switch from Grower to Layer feed?

If I'm going to use layer feed I make the switch when they lay the first eggs. No point in feeding something they don't yet need.

I'm with A.T., I put mine on layer feed after they have laid their first egg!​

Thanks, I was wondering this myself. Since mine our eight weeks old, I've got a ways to go.
