When hens attack (roos)

I have 14 hens and 3 roos (one roo is not yet 6 weeks) in a nearly 20 sq ft enclosure. The issue I'm having is that the two mature roos are being attacked by the hens (I have seen them tormenting the boys) and the roos are getting beaten up pretty bad.

Now, I just brought them home yesterday. Is it possible they're all still just stressed out, or do I need to separate the roos out for now?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If they are going to kill them then pull them out but if it is just a good whipin then let it go & everything will work itself out.

LOL. I like that advice. Any suggestions on how to tell the difference between an "attitude adjustment" and attempted quail-icide?

laying there twitching is a good sign to pull it out but as long as there still running there probably fine.
