When is a good time for these chicks to go outside?

I have 2 black sumatra chicks I ordered from Cackle hatchery ( 10 was dead when they came in the mail!!) They are just about fully feathered. I live in Southeast Ohio. Could you help with this question?

Usually 6 to 8 weeks. With mine I am gonna shoot for 7 weeks. But I am not real sure how cold hardy sumatras are so you might wanna think 8 weeks.

most people on this board recommend taking them out during the day only for a while first, and then moving them to the coop, with a heat source if needed. hope that helps!
