when is a good time to let a young chicken outside to live?

I have just bought my first chicken, a 2-3 month old Barred-Rock named freckles! I've got her indoors right now (live in chilly seattle). At what age is it o.k. to put her outdoors? I have coop/hutch & run for her on the way by mail.
