I have a 11 week old partridge rock cockeral that was supposed to be a female and I cannot keep him. I have found a farm for him to live on and would like to know what age he should be before I take him there. He will be joining a free range flock and I want him to be able to hold his own once he gets there. This is probably not the ideal situation, I would prefer he went to a small flock as the only roo, but I could not find a home for him like that. So what age should he be before going to his new home? Thanks!
