I moved my broody buff today and at 6pm I put six eggs in with her, when will day one be tomorrow or will today count?
 
What Ridgerunner said. Basically, the day you set the eggs is Day Zero.

The day of the week they should hatch will be the same day of the week as Day Zero; set on a Wednesday, hatch on a Wednesday.
