When is TOO LATE for bq to hatch?

Today is day 18.
No peep. No movement. No rocking. Nothing.
Humidity: 67% (I kept 50~60 then someone told me 65+ is better...)
Temp: 98~100 (had very short power outage)


Should I float test today?
If not, till when do I need to wait and do the float test?
7 of the eggs were all okay and developing on day 13... I even see the movement on day 13..
But some reason, they are not hatching..

They could have been old eggs, weak breeders, incubator issues. I really don't know why they aren't hatching. Are you opening the incubator a lot? Have you picked up any any egg during lockdown? That will make the chick have to reposition itself causing it to not hatch as well.

I opened incubator kinda alot on day 12 and 13... my humidity was going to go so high o I needed to adjust that.
I never picked up the eggs.. I just did one yesterday and threw it out because it smelled horrible..

I wonder why.
