When should I expect eggs?

I have a rhode island red and 2 americaunas who are about 18 weeks old. How long until I should start expecting eggs?

Could be anywhere from 5 months to 8 months, but six is the average. My RIR's which I had long ago usually started around 5.5 months and my EE's tend to be right at 6 months, but some I have hatched myself are closer to 5.5 months.
Usually within a week to 4 of their laying their combs will brighten up and turn red and they may start squatting. Then you know laying is getting close.
