When should I introduce my 9 chicks to the older hens / Roo

Ok!! So here is my question... I have 4 older hens and a young ( 1 yr old Austrolorp Roo) this year I got 9 new chicks to add to my flock... they are now 1 month old... when should / can I introduce to the established flock? Plus.. what's the best method? THANKS in advance!!!

Temporarily divide coop and run so they can see each other for a few weeks and get acquainted.

Check out @azygous panic room set up. I would advise working on integration any time after you have the babies off heat, as long as your coop and run are big enough and safe for the babies to keep them contained/not let predators get at them.
