When should I introduce my chicks to the flock?

Hi everyone,
So I have 2 chicks, one is 11 1/2 weeks old and the other is nearly 13 weeks old. The chicks have been in the run for 6 weeks with a fence separating them from the 3 older hens. They are able to see each other all day everyday apart from night when the chicks are in their own coop. At first, the chicks would get pecked whenever they were in reach, but now it’s definitely much less. They even dust bathe together through the fence! Is it to early for them to be all let out for free ranging with careful monitoring?

I usually let my hens out just before they start laying but I think it depends on the flock. It looks like you could let them out soon. Maybe you could try it for a day and then judge from there? I did that with my first batch of chicks.

Update: I let them all out together for free roaming and I think they did great! Our top hen was chasing them about now and again but they got the hint and kept their distance! I will be doing it everyday until i feel comfortable enough for them to all mingle in the run/coop
