Hi, I have a 3 week year old chick, he has nearly got all his feathers but is still growing more by the day, I was wondering when should I be able to put the chick outside with the other? And if not with the others, on his own?

I'd get her a chick buddy of the same age to grow up with, first of all. Chickens of different ages do mix, sometimes with no problem at all, but it would make things easier for you little one if she has a buddy to hang out with. I'd also suggest waiting until she's older and bigger. She can go outside now, if the weather's nice, but keep her warm, especially at night, until she's fully feathered. Which should be in another 3-4 weeks.
