I have six baby chicks and I was wondering if I should put them in the coop when they are fully feathered? They are currently 1 week and 3 days old.

I do anywhere from 4-10 weeks depending on time of year. Summer time for me gets at least 98 degrees so I move them out earlier but in the winter I keep them in as long as possible.

If you're able to provide a heat source then you can put them out now. Many start them in the coop. If not then I would wait until they are wewned off of the heat and when its warmer outside.
