I have 25 Easter Egger eggs in my incubator. This is the first time I've ever incubated eggs so I only know what I've read on here and in books. Two have already hatched and are running around like crazy knocking into the other eggs. One of their egg shells fell onto another egg so it covered the hole where that chick pipped. Should I move the egg shell? Should I take the hatched babies out and put them in their brooder so they stop rolling the other eggs around? It's been about 5 hours since the first hatch and and hour since the second. Their not even close to fluffy but their running around and shaking/moving all the other eggs. Should I just leave them in their or take them out?

I would just leave them in their. They have to stay in the incubator for 24 hours. I would personally take out the shell that is covering the pipped egg but do it really quickly and gently. You shouldn't bother them too much. Let them take their time hatching without disturbance. Good luck with the hatch!

Fourteen eggs hatched. Two died today. I'm really upset. Two other's are small and sickly. I don't know if they'll make it.
Edit: Another one die. He saw also very small. I think one of the living ones who seems really weak might die soon. I'm hoping he makes it but...
