When should my girls be laying?

Hello all, have now owned my white campbell ducks for nearly two weeks, they are getting used to me a bit now thankfully and dont panic as much. They are fully grown and I was wondering if anyone can tell me when they should be laying? if they arnt laying does this mean they are not happy? many thanks

I've never owned Campbell but our friend owns some well I know most ducks start laying around 22 weeks

Do your ducks free-range? My Khaki Campbells do, and sometimes we don't find all their eggs until the next day.

They are in at night and in run in mornings when at work but free range in afternoons when im home until they settle in more and im confident in leaving them free range all day.

Well anywhere from 4-8mths is the range, usually 6mths is the right aging for most ducks that said, ducks dislike change so a new home can cause a halt in laying, can be a few weeks could be months.
