Hello there! I have 6 pullets and turns out, 2 cockrels. Someone told me not to start feeding oyster shells until all pulleys start laying eggs. This doesn't make sense to me since they need the oyster shells to make good eggshells. Any thoughts?

Put out the oyster shells at around 4-5 months of age. They will consume them as necessary. Generally they don't eat a lot of them.

I put Oyster Shells out after 15 weeks old.
